All prices shown on ZenGadgets.com are based on US Dollars (USD). For customers in some countries (Canada, UK, HK, etc), some payment options will automatically converts USD amounts to your home currency when you check out. Credit Card payments will be listed in USD. Both payment options will show the details to you before committing payments.
After completing an order you will receive an email confirming the order in about 10 minutes. If for some reasons you do not see this e-mail 15 minutes after placing your order, you may contact us by clicking here and we will promptly (within about 24 hours) locate your order and send you your order number.
Note that stock and availability shown on this site are provided for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is received.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please take note of our Processing Steps. After the products are packaged for shipping, your order cannot be canceled, but you may return unused and unopened items to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery*. In that case we will refund you the product price excluding all actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. EMS, DHL, Regular/Registered Airmail, etc).
